Communications Strategy Workshop towards a Content Strategy for the SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry

A Communication Strategy Workshop for office bearers of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SAARC CCI) and the Secretariat staff was organized by Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FnF) on September 21 & 22, 2016 in Mumbai, India. Mr. Ronald Meinardus, Regional Director, FNF facilitated the program and shared his valuable insights on developing a successful communication strategy. The objective of the workshop was to capacitate the participants on the basic rules of successful communications, understanding the elements of content strategy and formulation of such a strategy for organizations. The workshop focused on basics of communications and content strategy, audit of communications at SAARC CCI, drafting the SCCI Communications core strategy statement and secondary messages, identifying target audiences and channels to reach them, analyzing workflow and governance, analyzing SAARC CCI organogram, editorial planning and monitoring tools.
