SAARC CCI and CAFTEC Mutual Cooperation

To capitalizing socio – economic and investment synergies, In year 2017, SAARC CCI signed MoU with Chengdu Association for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (CAFTEC).
 
Under this MoU, the CAFTEC organized first South Asia Production Capacity Dialogue in November, 2017 in collaboration with SAARC CCI. SAARC CCI President lead a business delegation every year to participate in South Asian dialogue.

The Political leaders and industry elites from China and South Asian countries have been invited to open dialogue for enhanced mutual collaboration at various session of the seminar. The cooperation plays a revolutionary role in promoting mutual business to business linkages and setting up a way forward for to China- South Asia cooperation.

Chengdu Foreign Economic and Trade Promotion Association (formerly Chengdu South Asia Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion Association) was established in 2011 and is headed by Chengdu Business Committee. Since its inception, the Association has adhered to the principle of “serving the government and serving enterprises” and adhered to the development policy of “going out” and “bringing in”. Actively provide domestic and foreign enterprises with information consultation, economic and trade exchanges, economic and trade activities, economic and trade promotion, project docking, comprehensive services and other economic and trade promotion services, helping Chengdu enterprises to find business opportunities, open up foreign markets, and promote foreign enterprises to settle in Chengdu, Chengdu enterprises to develop overseas, and strive Promote economic cooperation between Chengdu and foreign companies to a higher level and a wider scope.
